Refund Policy

At Flawless Focus Digital Media, every session is planned with care and intention. To honor the time and preparation that goes into each booking, the following refund policy applies to all services:

📌 Retainers & Deposits

All retainers or deposits paid to reserve a date or session time are non-refundable.
This fee secures your appointment and covers the preparation, planning, and scheduling of our team.

📌 Cancellations

Client-initiated cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled session are non-refundable, and all payments made up to that point will be forfeited.
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may receive credit toward a future session, at our discretion, but are not eligible for refunds.

📌 Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if notified at least 72 hours before the session.

Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in an additional fee.

Event & wedding reschedules:
New dates are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply.

📌 No-Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for their session without prior notice will be considered no-shows.
No-shows forfeit all payments and will need to book a new session.

📌 Weather or Emergency Situations

For outdoor sessions, we will work with you to reschedule due to severe weather or unexpected emergencies.
In these cases, no additional rescheduling fee will apply.

📌 Refunds on Delivered Products

Because photography and videography products are custom creations, delivered digital images, prints, albums, and videos are non-refundable.

📌 Service Satisfaction

If you have concerns about your images or experience, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your gallery so we can review, address, and resolve the issue whenever possible.
